The customer entered the core production area of our factory for a visit on the day of arrival. The visit covered the complete Powder Metallurgy production chain, including an automatic powder mixing system, a mold pressing workshop, a high-temperature sintering furnace area, a post-finishing section, and a surface treatment area.
Our company uses high-precision hydraulic and mechanical pressing equiPment to meet the molding needs of products of different specifications, from 5 tons to 250 tons. At the subsequent technical seminar, the customer had an in-depth exchange with our project engineers and R&D personnel. The sample product structure brought by the customer is relatively complex, with high dimensional accuracy, special surface functional treatment, and batch stability requirements.
Our technical director responded and demonstrated one by one around the following points:
Density control technology for powder pressing, through mold optimization and a multi-stage pressurization process, effectively controls molding deviation;
Controllability and simulation compensation design of dimensional shrinkage during sintering;
Fine machining compensation plan, through CNC precision turning, deburring, and high-precision grinding to ensure that the final tolerance meets the ±0.02mm requirement;
Surface treatment selection and process stability evaluation, especially for the functional coating recommendation under the customer's use environment (high temperature, humidity, or corrosive).

The customer visited our IQC incoming material inspection area, FQC finished product inspection area, and laboratory equipment area, and learned in detail about our capabilities in dimensional inspection, mechanical properties testing, metallographic analysis, etc.

Before the end of the visit, the customer team conducted business docking with our sales and technical departments, and the two sides reached a preliminary consensus on the first batch of product sample proofing and the batch cooperation process to be launched. Our company will start mold design and sample review work in the near future to ensure that sample delivery and performance testing are completed within the prescribed period.
